Our terms and conditions are designed to protect us and also to protect you. Your consumer rights protect you when you buy online. We can take that a step up and declare that our aim is to satisfy your needs while ensuring a positive outcome for you and us. We are in business to serve you, the customer. Therefore, we are attentive to your needs, questions, requests, etc. We want to keep you looking elegantly sexy in your heels and work out any problems for the best possible results for all concerned. We ask that as we protect your rights, you also protect our rights in return. Thank you.

    • Try your CC Shoes next to other brands. Try CC Shoes, and then try the other brand. Try CC Shoes again. Then, try the other brand. Back to CC Shoes and then you know.

  • Purchasing an item
  • Delivery
    • We offer two flat rates domestic (Austria) EUR 20, international EUR 40..
    • Items are shipped at twice a week with DHL.
  • Tracking your order
    • You will receive a tracking number once your purchase has been shipped.
  • Exchanging an item
    • Because we do not sell used goods, please return the items you wish to exchange in their original condition with original packaging within 28 days. This aspect of our returns policy is KEY. Items should be in their original condition and packaging. The shoebox must be undamaged.
    • We are at your service. Please note that your CC Shoes can be returned for repair under warranty for up to 18 months after purchase. Again, we’ve got you covered. Simply contact us to let us know what you need and we will arrange for the best possible solution.
  • Returning an item
    • Please return all items in their original condition and in original packaging within 28 days for a full refund. Please note that the Italicized words are very important. The shoebox must remain crisp and undamaged.
